We currently ship across India, covering most metro and non-metro cities through our trusted logistics partners.
Delivery availability is subject to courier serviceability of the customer’s pin code.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day
Once shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email/SMS with tracking details
Estimated Delivery Time
Delhi NCR: 1–3 business days
Other Cities: 4–7 business days
Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or regional restrictions.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout based on:

Selected payment method
We may offer free shipping or promotional shipping offers from time to time, which will be clearly mentioned on the website.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available on select pin codes
Additional COD charges (if any) will be shown at checkout
Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to COD being disabled for future orders
COD is not available for certain products or locations.

Packaging & Safety
All Flozix™ products are packed securely to ensure safe delivery, especially for toys and wooden board games.
If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered, please:
