Refund policy
At Flozix™, we believe in helping our customers as much as possible and have therefore adopted a customer-friendly 7-day refund policy, subject to the terms outlined below.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests will be accepted within 12-24 hours of placing the order.
Cancellation requests may not be entertained once the order has been processed or shipped.
If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible. In such cases, customers may refer to the return policy below.
7-Day Returns & Refunds
Customers may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving the product, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Refunds or replacements will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected by our team.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Support team within 48 hours of delivery.
The issue will be reviewed, and upon verification, a replacement or refund will be provided.
Supporting images or videos may be required for faster resolution.
Product Not as Described
If the product received is significantly different from what is shown on the website, please notify us within 12 hours of delivery.
Our Customer Service team will review the concern and take an appropriate action, which may include a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
A refund or replacement may be considered if the delivered product is proven to be defective or of poor quality.
Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved by Flozix™, the amount will be processed within 3–5 business days.
The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method.
